Hackney One Carnival 2014

On Sunday 14 September Hackney One Carnival will hit the streets. From 2.00pm – 8pm, Hackney’s carnival parade will brighten up the borough and entertain residents and visitors alike.

Highlights this year will see Hackney’s best young musicians performing on a stage in Hackney Town Hall Square. An all-day children’s play area will be created in Gillette Square, including games from around the world,

After the procession, the carnival will continue in Ridley Road, with reggae, soca and Brazilian music, plus food and arts and crafts from around the world.
